New Build Electricians
At NPM Electrical, we specialise in providing high-quality electrical installations for new builds. From single homes to multi-plot or commercial developments, our team works closely with builders, developers, and architects to deliver safe, efficient, and fully compliant electrical systems.
We pride ourselves on building excellent working relationships with both local and national housing developers. By combining our technical expertise with clear communication and a professional approach, we help projects to run smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards.
Consultation & Electrical Design
Every successful installation starts with careful planning. We collaborate with builders, site managers, and architects to review drawings and develop a complete electrical design. We also use our knowledge and experience to plan for modern electrical installations, such as smart homes, electric car ports and renewable energy. You’ll get an accurate and detailed electrical plan that’s tailored to the project and to the clients specifications.
Our focus is always on safety, efficiency, and future-proofing. From socket layouts and lighting schemes to data cabling and renewable options, we ensure every element is designed to meet current regulations and your client’s expectations.
First Fix Electrics
At the first fix stage, we carry out all wiring and containment works in line with the agreed design. Our team works seamlessly alongside other trades to ensure accuracy, safety, and minimal disruption to your build schedule.
We understand the importance of quality workmanship at this stage. Careful, well-organised first fix wiring lays the foundation for a reliable, long-lasting installation.
Second Fix Electrics
During the second fix stage, we install switches, sockets, lighting, and consumer units, bringing the electrical system to life. We work to a high standard of finish, ensuring fittings are not only safe and compliant but also aligned with the overall quality of your development.
Whether you’re building modern homes, commercial units, or mixed-use developments, our installations are designed to deliver both performance and durability.
If you’ve recently moved into an older property, or you’re planning a major renovation, it’s always worth having your electrics reviewed. A professional rewire gives you peace of mind and ensures your home is safe for you and your family.
Testing, Certification & Electrical Compliance
On completion, all installations are thoroughly tested and inspected to ensure full compliance with:
We provide all necessary certification for your records, giving both you and your clients complete confidence in the safety and quality of your new build’s electrical system.
NICEIC Guarantee
