Efficient, reliable networks, custom built for your business

Data Cabling

A fast, reliable network is the backbone of every modern workplace. Whether you’re running a small office or managing a large commercial site, professionally installed data cabling ensures your business stays connected, efficient, and secure.

At NPM Electrical, we design and install structured cabling systems that deliver dependable performance. From everyday data transfer to high-speed communication and video conferencing, we can help lay the foundation.

We work in both modern and older buildings, carefully planning cable routes to maintain your property’s appearance and avoid unnecessary disruption. From the first consultation to final testing, we run a professional service trusted by businesses throughout Sussex, Surrey, and Kent.

Structured Cabling

Structured cabling is the organised network of cables that connects all your devices (computers, phones, printers, WiFi access points, and more) into one efficient communication system.

Unlike ad-hoc wiring, a structured system is designed to handle both your current and future data needs. It allows you to expand or rearrange your workspace without compromising speed or reliability.

As qualified electricians, running cables is second nature to us. We plan, install, and label every cable precisely, ensuring tidy terminations, professional finish, and full compliance with data and safety standards.

Fibre Optic Installation

Fibre optic cabling offers ultra-fast data transfer and outstanding reliability. It’s essential for businesses that depend on high-speed internet or network performance.

By transmitting data as pulses of light through glass fibres, these systems provide far greater bandwidth and distance capability than traditional network cables. Fibre optics are ideal for:

High-performance office networks
Data-heavy applications and cloud-based systems
Connecting multiple buildings or remote offices

Our team designs and installs fibre systems that deliver speed, stability, and long-term efficiency.

WiFi Installation

Strong, consistent WiFi is vital in any workplace. We design and install high-quality WiFi systems to ensure fast, reliable coverage throughout your premises. This means you can have a fast connection in annexes, meeting rooms, and outdoor areas away from your main router.

We can also hardwire access points to ensure minimal signal loss and optimal coverage. All cabling is discreetly installed for a clean, professional finish, creating a seamless user experience across your entire premises.

Access Control Installation

Access control allows you to manage who can enter your building, or specific areas within it, using keycards, fobs, or secure PIN systems.

These systems not only improve security but can also help with insurance compliance and can help you monitor staff attendance. We install subtle, reliable access systems that integrate neatly with your existing network and allow you to manage permissions easily.

Commercial CCTV Installation

Modern commercial CCTV systems offer crystal-clear footage, remote monitoring, and motion detection. But to perform properly, they rely on a stable and secure cabling infrastructure.

We design and install CCTV cabling that’s hidden, organised, and fully protected from interference or damage. From single-camera setups to complex multi-zone systems, our installations provide reliability and peace of mind for any business owner.

Audio-Visual Installation

A professional Audio-Visual installation creates the right impression for visiting clients and delivers a better experience for staff. We install integrated audio-visual systems for meeting rooms, boardrooms, and collaborative spaces. We can combine large screens or projectors, high-quality sound systems, and convenient HDMI or network connections, all without visible wiring. Our installations are seamlessly clean, functional, and built to impress.
